The following activities took place in class today:

1) Paragraph Proofreading Practice: "Talking About Time."

2) Writing Journal Prompt 10a: Complete Heart Mapping Activity in Writing Journal.

3) Writing Journal Prompt 10b: Following a review of the particulars of the form, students drafted three (3) haiku.

4) Of Mice and Men Student Guides checked for progress, and content and character development taking in to account the events of Chapter 1.

5) Students began reading Chapter 2, pages 17-41. Students should also complete all required elements from the Student Guide pertaining to Chapter 2.

Homework due next class:

1) Read Of Mice and Men Chapter 2, and complete all required elements from the Student Guide.

Remember, it is YOUR responsibility to see the teacher PRIOR to Advisement and arrange for a pass when you need assistance with any home/classwork.
