The following activities took place in class today:

1) Paragraph Proofreading Practice: "Kitty's Diary" Day 3.

2) The Things They Carried Final returned and results discussed.

3) Brian's Song begun in class. Students maintained a Venn diagram of Brian and Gale during the reading of pages 1-18.

4) 11-1 ONLY: Independent Reading Journal entry 1 checked and Reading Assignment 2 assigned.

Homework for Completion Over the Recess:

1) Read assigned pages of Independent Reading Novel, to be assessed next class.

Remember, it is YOUR responsibility to see the teacher PRIOR to Advisement and arrange for a pass when you need assistance with any home/classwork.
